"When I first joined KE I was trying to come back from orthoscopic knee surgery. My surgeon told me I would recover “quickly” and be back to running in no time, but that wasn’t happening. If I am out of shape can I still do the program? Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
